As a non-government charitable organization based in Port-au-Prince, the Dania Foundation strives to offer affordable housing options in addition to establishing a low-interest mortgage loan program on behalf of our clients. Our goal is to help empower hard-working Haitians recapture their lives and thus secure their country’s future. In order to fulfill this mission, we seek to: •Provide an affordable, expedient, and personal construction program •Use only the highest quality construction technologies to ensure the safest homes for our client-families •Invest in Haitian labor and materials whenever possible •Advocate the introduction of a bonds-based low-interest mortgage system in Haiti •Act as a liaison between international donors and Haitian aid-recipients
